Peter Adam’s Praise, Thanks, and Prayer Letter
June – July 2025
Please join me in praising and thanking our gracious God.
- ‘I praise you gracious God for your generosity, goodness, and grace, your kindness and compassion.’
- ‘I thank you gracious God for your daily blessings and privileges in creation; for your daily blessings and privileges of salvation in Christ; and for your daily blessings and privileges of gospel ministry.’
- ‘Thank you for the election of Ric Thorpe as Archbishop of Melbourne. May he lead us, encourage us, train us, and support this diocese in gospel ministry.’
- Thank you for the publication of my book on Prayerfulness. Please use it to encourage and equip many of your saints to devote themselves to prayer.’
Please join me in my daily prayers for myself:
- ‘Help me to stand in your grace, live in your love, trust in your truth, grow in your wisdom, walk in your ways, and serve in your strength, in the name of the Lord Jesus, and for your glory.’
- ‘Help me to put to death my habitual sins by the power of Jesus’s death, and live your new life by the power of your resurrection.’
- ‘May I learn to be content in any and every circumstance by the power of Christ at work within me.’
- ‘May this day be my best day of trusting, honouring, loving, and serving you.’

June 22nd, 29th and July 6th, leading and preaching at trial 8:30 am services at St Jude’s. [If these are well-supported, then it is likely that a permanent 8:30 service will begin in October.
